Premium Adult Cat Lite


The needs of older or less active adult cats change as they age. A reduced activity level and slower metabolism may require fewer calories and less fat. Flint River Ranch's Lite Adult Cat food is a complete and balanced formula to meet these special needs. Protein is 25% minimum and Fat is 12% minimum.

Beet pulp is by far the best souce of fiber. It does a better job of moving the nutrients through the digestive systems and acts as a calming base for forming the stool in the colon. Vitamins, minerals and nutrients are first digested in the stomach - then absorbed into the blood through the intestinal walls. If those walls are covered with slime/mucus - absorbtion of these life-sustaining nutrients is reduced. Beet pulp gently massages intestinal walls, removing the mucus and aids in the bowel movement.

Nugget Size Kibble For Larger Dogs


The Flint River Ranch Nugget Dog Food is about 1/4" x 5/8", rectangular in shape and designed for larger dogs. It is the same formula as our Puppy/Adult Kibble; however it has a harder, darker edge. Some pet owners feel the oven-baked larger nugget shape is better for the dog's teeth and gums. Flint River Ranch Nuggets Formula is nutritionally complete and balanced for adult dogs according to AAFCO Nutrients Profiles for Adult Dog Foods.
